Joshua currently serves as Board President of the Malind Bluff Homeowners Association, where he has strengthened operations, improved transparency, and championed conservation‑focused policies. His leadership has helped the community navigate developer challenges, clarify standards, and build systems that support long‑term success.

Professionally, Joshua works as a Digital Product Owner for a large wholesale brokerage, where he leads complex projects, manages budgets, and builds tools that improve efficiency and accountability. His background in technical design, construction planning, and systems thinking gives him a unique ability to solve problems with clarity and precision.

Joshua is deeply committed to protecting Beaufort County’s natural resources. He has led efforts to strengthen tree canopy standards, improve compliance processes, and promote responsible development practices that balance growth with environmental stewardship.
